- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Heinz ketchup for serving

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, add the chopped beef, and mix well to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 2When ready to grill, heat the grill or grill pan until hot and drizzle the prepared vegetables with oil. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with pieces of vegetables.
- 3Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes, turning regularly until all sides of the meat are well browned and the vegetables are tender.
