INGREDIENTS
- 500 g lentils
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the lentils and cover with cold water. Let soak for two hours.
- 2Then peel and finely chop the onion, and drain the water from the lentils.
- 3Add fresh water to the lentils and bring to a boil. In a pan, sauté the onion until softened. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix everything.
- 4Add the onion to the pot with the lentils.
- 5Finally, season the lentils with salt and vinegar.
