INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse the lentils and cover with cold water. Let soak for two hours.

    Then peel and finely chop the onion, and drain the water from the lentils.

    Add fresh water to the lentils and bring to a boil. In a pan, sauté the onion until softened. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix everything.

    Add the onion to the pot with the lentils.

    Finally, season the lentils with salt and vinegar.
