Preparation method
Clean the chicken thigh fillets and cut them into bite-sized pieces (approx. 3 cm cubes). Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes so they do not burn during grilling.
Prepare the marinade in a bowl: mix the red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, sweet and smoked paprika, ground cumin, finely chopped chili pepper, salt, and pepper.
Place the chopped chicken meat into the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.
