Preparation method

Strip the herb leaves from the sprigs and stems. Soak the skewers in cold water for 10 minutes.

Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes, place them in a bowl with the herbs, 3 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix. Let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove the meat from the marinade and thread it onto the skewers. Cut the lemon in half.
