Score the top of the tomato with a small knife in a cross shape, just cutting through the skin, and immerse it in boiling water for 20 seconds. Immediately transfer it to a bowl of ice water and let it cool for 1 minute. Then peel it and slice it into 0.5 cm thick rounds.

Slice the mozzarella. Blend or strain the canned tomatoes and mix with salt and olive oil.

Spread the prepared, stretched dough for 1 pizza with the tomato mixture, evenly arrange the tomato slices, and bake on a fully preheated baking sheet or pizza stone in an oven preheated to maximum for 3 minutes.
