- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped oregano
- pinch of chili powder

MEAT INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2Season the meat thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sear the meat on all sides until golden brown. Then place it on a baking sheet and put it into the preheated oven for 4 minutes.
- 3Remove the baking sheet from the oven, pour some of the sauce over the meat, and return to the oven for 3 minutes. Before serving, let the meat rest for 4 minutes at room temperature and pour the remaining sauce over it on the plate.
SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute over low heat.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
