- 750g chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- plain flour for coating
- vegetable oil for frying
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut off the wingtips from the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joint.
- 2In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.
- 3In a saucepan, heat a deeper layer of oil to 160 °C.
- 4Coat the wings in plain flour and shake off any excess flour. Fry them completely submerged in the hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove the cooked wings from the oil and pat them dry on kitchen paper.
Tip
You can coat the fried chicken wings in sweet chili sauce and then in chopped chives.
You can coat the fried wings in BBQ sauce.
