- 100 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g slices of cooked ham

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 2Blend or strain the canned tomatoes and mix them with salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.
- 3Spread the prepared pizza dough for 1 pizza with the tomato mixture, top with sliced mozzarella, arrange the ham and mushroom slices on it, and drizzle with the second teaspoon of oil. Bake on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone in an oven preheated to maximum for 4–5 minutes.
