BURGER
- 2 spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 600 g minced pork neck
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 baguettes, 16 cm long
- 4 tablespoons coarsely chopped coriander
SALAD
- 150 g Chinese cabbage
- 70 g carrots
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon sesame oil
- 60 g mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon Sriracha chilli sauce

- This dish is best complemented by a fresh, light wine. You can choose from sparkling, white, rosé, or red wines.
BURGER INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice the spring onions into rounds, and finely grate or press the garlic.
- 2Mix the minced meat with spring onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, pepper, and salt. Form 4 patties, 12-15 cm long, place them on a hot grill, and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden, ensuring the meat remains juicy.
- 3Slice the baguettes lengthwise and grill them cut-side down. Place some salad on the bottom half of the baguette, then a slice of meat, sprinkle with some chopped coriander, and cover with the top half of the baguette.
SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash and dry the cabbage, clean and finely chop the carrots, then mix them in a bowl with the other ingredients. Set aside.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
