BURGER INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the spring onions into rounds, finely grate or press the garlic.

Mix the minced meat with spring onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, pepper, and salt. Form 4 patties, 12-15 cm long, place them on a hot grill and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, ensuring the meat remains juicy.

Slice the baguettes lengthwise and grill them cut-side down. Place some salad on the bottom half of the baguette, add a meat patty, sprinkle with some chopped coriander, and cover with the top half of the baguette.
