Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - top and bottom heat. Clean the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of oil, sprinkle with mace, cinnamon, and cardamom. Salt and mix. Bake for 20 minutes until softened.
Place one part of the dough into a greased mold and shape the edges higher.
Cut the onion into half-rings and sauté until golden brown in the remaining oil. Let it cool, then stir in the eggs and crumbled cheese. Add rosemary and the baked pumpkin, blended until smooth. Place the pumpkin mixture into the mold. From the second part of the dough, cut out eyes, a nose, and a mouth. Cover the mixture and press the edges with a fork.
