Šťavnaté krevety marinované v pikantní rajčatovo-chilli omáčce s limetkou, česnekem a římským kmínem. Rychlé na přípravu, výrazné chutí a jako stvořené pro letní grilování.

Preparation method

Grill or dry-sear the tomatoes, chili peppers, onion, and unpeeled garlic cloves in a pan until they get lightly charred spots. Then place everything in a blender and add the tomato paste, oregano, cumin, sugar, olivový olej, stock, juice of one lime, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Pour half of the prepared sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat. Let them marinate in the fridge for 20–30 minutes. Keep the remaining sauce for brushing during grilling.

Thread the shrimp onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers.
