  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk
  • 0.5 pcs mango
  • 1 pc powdered stevia (a few drops)
  • 10 g grated coconut

Mix the chia seeds in the milk together with the stevia and let them swell in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the mango and place it in a glass, add the prepared pudding, and sprinkle with coconut.

Serve the pudding immediately, or store it in the fridge, where it will keep for about 1 week.
