  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 100 g of reduced-sugar or stevia-sweetened ketchup
  • 100 g of turkey ham
  • 100 g of mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the oats with the egg whites, two tablespoons of water, salt, and thyme. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, shape 8 rounds about 5 mm thick.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes at 190–200 °C.

Remove the baking sheet, spread with ketchup, add finely chopped ham and mozzarella, return to the oven, and bake for another 15–18 minutes.
