  • 2 pcs of banana
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 230 g of rolled oats
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 200 ml of soy vanilla milk
  • 50 g of pecans
  • 2 pcs of eggs
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 20 g of shredded coconut
  • 20 g of coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a larger bowl, mash 2 bananas with a fork. Pour in the honey and stir. Gradually add the rolled oats, baking powder, and pour in the soy milk. Mix the pecans, eggs, and peanut butter with coconut into the batter.

Transfer the batter into a smaller greased baking dish (15 × 15 cm). Place the dish in the oven and bake at 170–180 °C for 30 minutes.
