Křupavé topinky z kváskového chleba potřené česnekem, obložené pikantní sardinkovou směsí s čerstvou pažitkou a chilli papričkou, zakápnuté citronovo-chilli olejem.

- 1 pc of chili pepper
- 1 handful of chives
- 125 g of sardines in brine
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
First, prepare the sardine mixture. Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes. Wash and finely chop the chives. Drain the juice from the sardines and then mix them with the chopped pepper and chives.
Now toast both slices of bread in a toaster (or in a dry pan) and prepare the spicy oil – in a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of chili flakes, and salt.
Rub the toasted bread slices with a garlic clove, spread the sardine mixture on top, drizzle with the spicy oil, and serve.
