- 50 g Himbeeren frisch
- 30 g Johannisbeeren rot frisch
- 50 g Naturjoghurt 3,5%
- 50 g Magerquark
Instructions
- 1Slice the sea bass fillets across the grain into individual portions.
- 2Place a portion of rice in the palm of your right hand. Use your index finger to take some wasabi paste and spread it on a slice of fish. Place the rice on the fish and shape the fish around it. Garnish with thin slices of lime.
- 3Dip individual pieces of nigiri sushi into soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and accompany with pickled ginger.
- 4Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
