  • 350 g finely ground rolled oats
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g dried dates
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g dried goji berries
  • 1 banana
  • 60 g apple puree
  • 60 g melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Pour the rolled oats into a large bowl, add the chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds.

Chop the dates into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl along with the cranberries and goji berries. Mash the banana with a fork and stir it into the mixture along with the apple puree, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and ginger.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to a height of about 1.5 cm. Place in the oven and bake for 35–45 minutes at 180–190 °C.
