Hledáte rychlou, zdravou a na bílkoviny bohatou svačinu? Tyto tuňákové muffiny s mozzarellou, ovesnými vločkami a svěží mátou jsou ideální volbou do krabičky i na cesty.

  • 200 g tuna in brine
  • 3 pcs of eggs
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 120 g mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 100 g finely ground rolled oats

Finely chop the mint and grate the mozzarella. Then mix all the ingredients together and fill muffin cups with the batter.

Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 160–170 °C for 30–35 minutes.
