INGREDIENTS
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 30 g blue cheese
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- 10 leaves of flat-leaf parsley
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt
- ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the blue cheese into smaller pieces. Clean the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips 1 cm thick. Coarsely chop the parsley.
- 2Heat the oil in a pan, add the oyster mushrooms and sauté them quickly for 1 minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Add the blue cheese, mix briefly, and immediately remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
