INGREDIENTS
- 400 g oyster mushrooms
- 100 g Niva cheese
- 250 g fresh tomatoes
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the Niva cheese into smaller pieces. Clean the oyster mushrooms and tear them into 1 cm thick strips. Roughly chop the parsley.
- 2Heat oil in a pan, add the oyster mushrooms and sauté them vigorously for 1 minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Add the Niva cheese, mix briefly and immediately remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
