  • 300 ml soy drink
  • 160 g whole grain rye flour
  • 30 g Dutch cocoa powder
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 50 g dark chocolate 85%

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour in the soy milk and gradually add the other ingredients: whole grain rye flour, Dutch cocoa powder, chia seeds, honey, baking powder, and ground cinnamon. Finally, add the dark chocolate melted over a water bath and mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the finished batter into a waffle maker and bake for 3–4 minutes (depending on the type of waffle maker).
