INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN WINGS
- 750 g chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- plain flour for coating
- vegetable oil for frying
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUDITÉS WITH SOUR CREAM
- 2 celery stalks, 10 cm long
- 2 small carrots
- a piece of white radish, 10 cm long
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- pepper
- salt
- ½ clove of garlic

METHOD FOR CHICKEN WINGS
- 1Remove the wingtips from the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joint.
- 2In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.
- 3In a saucepan, heat a deeper layer of oil to 160 °C.
- 4Coat the wings in plain flour and shake off any excess flour. Fry them completely submerged in the hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove the cooked wings from the oil and pat them dry on kitchen paper.
METHOD FOR CRUDITÉS WITH SOUR CREAM
- 1Peel the celery stalks and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces.
- 2Peel the radish and carrots and cut them into sticks the same size as the celery stalks.
- 3Press the garlic and mix it with sour cream and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
