INGREDIENTS
- 600 g smaller mushrooms
- 400 g breadcrumbs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- sunflower oil for frying. Substitute with lard for better flavor.
- salt 1 pinch
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the mushrooms and coat them successively in flour, in salted beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. In a deep pan over medium heat, heat a generous layer of oil and fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown on all sides.
Tip
The breading will be tastier and crispier if you pour 50 ml of light beer into the eggs.
Serve fried mushrooms with tartar sauce.
