INGREDIENTS
- 16 g cooked chilled sushi rice
- 20 g salmon
- wasabi paste
- soy sauce
- pickled ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice the salmon fillets against the grain into individual portions.
- 2Place a portion of rice in the palm of your right hand. Use your index finger to pick up some wasabi paste and spread it on the fish slice. Place the rice on the fish and shape the fish around it.
- 3Dip individual pieces of nigiri sushi into soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and eat with pickled ginger.
Tip
Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
