- 100 g of banana (peeled)
- 400 ml of cow's skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 130 g of pre-cooked natural jasmine rice
- 1 egg yolk
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, mash the peeled banana in a small pot.
- 2Next, add 400 ml of skimmed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and pre-cooked rice to the pot. Cook everything over medium heat for about 12 minutes (or until the porridge thickens).
- 3Then remove the pot from the heat, stir in 1 egg yolk into the porridge, and serve it warm.
