Preparation method

Cut the meat into 4 cm cubes. Cut the carrots and celery into 1 cm cubes, chop the onion roughly, and slice the garlic.

In a pot over high heat, warm the oil, add carrots and celery, and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the meat and sauté, stirring frequently, until all liquid has evaporated from the pot. Once only fat remains at the bottom of the pot, add garlic and 100 g of dried plums and mix.
