INGREDIENTS
- 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 50 g wholemeal spelt semolina
- ½ teaspoon Dutch cocoa
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 5 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a small pot, mix milk with honey and bring the mixture to a boil. Then add the spelt semolina to the pot, reduce the heat to medium, and cook the mixture for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 2Transfer the cooked porridge to a serving bowl. Then, in a separate bowl, mix cocoa with cane sugar and sprinkle the resulting mixture over the porridge in the bowl. Finally, melt the butter in a pot or saucepan over low heat, then pour it over the contents of the bowl and serve.
