INGREDIENTS
- 2 thinner slices of sourdough bread (2× 60 g)
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 80 g of turkey ham (min. 95% meat)
- 40 g of any apple (sliced thinly)
- 20 g of Gouda
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the contact grill to the highest setting. If you don't have a contact grill, use an oven and preheat it to 230 °C.
- 2Spread one slice of bread with Dijon mustard, add ham, apple, and cheese, and cover with the second slice of bread. Place the sandwich on the grill (or in the oven) and grill for 4–5 minutes until the surface of the bread is golden (bake in the oven for 6–7 minutes at 220–230 °C).
- 3After the specified time, remove the panini, cut in half, and serve.
