INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g frozen mango (in cubes)
  • 300 g pineapple (in cubes)
  • 200 g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (approx. 10 g)
  • 1 small kiwi (approx. 70 g)
  • 1 medium banana (approx. 160 g with peel)
  • 10 g unpeeled almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

    Roughly chop the almonds. Peel the banana and kiwi and slice both. Then transfer the sliced banana to a blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and yogurt, and blend until smooth.

    Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls, garnish each portion with kiwi slices, coconut flakes, and chopped almonds, and serve immediately.
Tip
If you can't find pre-cut frozen mango and pineapple, buy fresh fruit, peel it, cut it into cubes, and freeze for at least 4 hours in the freezer.
