INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium banana (approx. 150 g with peel)
- 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 4 large strawberries (4× approx. 20 g)
- 2 tablespoons whole oats
- 30 g blueberries
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in a blender. Then add the frozen forest fruits and milk, and blend everything until smooth.
- 2Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls. Then slice the strawberries into thin slices and decorate each portion of the blended mixture with strawberry slices, oats, blueberries, and chia seeds.
- 3Serve the finished smoothie bowls immediately.
Tip
For a sweeter taste, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the blender with the milk and fruit.
