INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium banana (approx. 150 g with peel)
  • 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
  • 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 large strawberries (4× approx. 20 g)
  • 2 tablespoons whole oats
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in a blender. Then add the frozen forest fruits and milk, and blend everything until smooth.

    Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls. Then slice the strawberries into thin slices and decorate each portion of the blended mixture with strawberry slices, oats, blueberries, and chia seeds.

    Serve the finished smoothie bowls immediately.
Tip
For a sweeter taste, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the blender with the milk and fruit.
