INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium banana (approx. 150 g with peel)
  • 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
  • 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 larger strawberries (4x approx. 20 g)
  • 2 tablespoons whole oat flakes
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

METHOD

    Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in a blender. Then add the frozen forest fruit and milk and blend everything until smooth.

    Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls. Then slice the strawberries thinly and decorate each portion of the blended mixture with strawberry slices, oat flakes, blueberries, and chia seeds.

    Serve the finished smoothie bowls immediately.
Tip
For a sweeter taste, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the blender with the milk and fruit.
