  • 800 g uvařených brambor
  • 4 ks vařených vajec
  • 1 ks pórku
  • 200 ml smetany ke šlehání (31%)
  • 100 g strouhaného sýra (např. Gouda nebo Eidam)
  • 20 g máslo na vymazání pekáčku
  • 1 lžička soli
  • 1/2 lžičky mletého černého pepře
  • 1/2 lžičky mleté papriky

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with butter.

    Slice the boiled potatoes and eggs. Clean the leek and cut it into rounds.

    Layer the potatoes, leek, and eggs alternately in the baking dish. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.

    In a bowl, mix the cream with ground paprika and pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.

    Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
