  • 16 g cooked cooled sushi rice
  • 20 g salmon
  • wasabi paste
  • soy sauce
  • pickled ginger

Cut the salmon fillets across the grain into individual portions.

Place a portion of rice in the palm of your right hand. Use your index finger to take some wasabi paste and spread it on the slice of fish. Place the rice on the fish and shape the fish along it.

Dip individual pieces of nigiri sushi into soy sauce seasoned with wasabi paste and eat with pickled ginger.

Chef's tip

Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
