  • 100 g Vollkornmehl
  • 20 ml Olivenöl extra nativ
  • 2 ks Eier
  • 1 ks Vanilleschote
  • 6 g Backpulver
  • 50 g Blaubeeren frisch
  • 50 g Himbeeren frisch
  • 30 g Johannisbeeren rot frisch
  • 50 g Naturjoghurt 3,5%
  • 50 g Magerquark

    Slice the sea bass fillets across the grain into individual portions.

    Place a portion of rice in the palm of your right hand. Use your index finger to take some wasabi paste and spread it on a slice of fish. Place the rice on the fish and shape the fish around it. Garnish with thin slices of lime.

    Dip individual pieces of nigiri sushi into soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and accompany with pickled ginger.

    Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
