Place a portion of rice in the palm of your right hand. Use your index finger to pick up some wasabi paste and spread it on the shrimp. Place the rice on the shrimp and shape the shrimp along it.

Dip individual pieces of nigiri sushi into soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and accompany with pickled ginger.
