Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185 °C.

Debone the chicken thighs and cut each into 4 equally sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.

Trim the ends off the zucchini. Clean the carrots. Remove seeds from the bell pepper and chili pepper. Halve the potatoes, and if they are new, leave the skin on. Finely chop the chili pepper, cut the rest of the vegetables into 1.5 cm cubes.

Chef's tip

For preparation, you will need an oven-safe casserole dish with a lid.
