  • 100 g chia seeds
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour 350 ml of water into a bowl, add matcha powder, and whisk thoroughly. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. Mix well and let it sit until the next day (or at least 6 hours).

    Serving: Stir the resulting pudding and place it into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
