INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 100 g chia seeds
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour 350 ml of water into a bowl, add matcha powder, and whisk thoroughly. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. Mix well and let it sit until the next day (or at least 6 hours).
- 2Serving: Stir the resulting pudding and place it into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
