  • 2 bananas
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 140 g Greek yogurt
  • Physalis
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Pistachios
  • Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

    Freeze 1 banana and strawberries. Then place them in a blender along with Greek yogurt and blend. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk.

    Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with fresh banana, physalis, raspberries, blueberries, chopped nuts, and mint leaves.
