Buy all ingredients right below the recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 180 g oats
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g almonds
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 60 g honey
  • 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
  • A pinch of salt

YOU WILL ALSO NEED

  • Parchment paper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop the nuts and mix them with the oats, gingerbread spice, and a pinch of salt.
  • 2
    Mix the coconut oil and honey. Add the liquid mixture to the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. It's best done by hand.

    Once the mixture starts to stick together, transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes. Stir at least once during baking.
  • 4
    After baking, let it cool and store in a sealed container.
