INGREDIENTS
- 20 g dark chocolate (min. 80% cocoa)
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 100 g fine oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 150 ml low-fat almond milk (or regular almond milk)
- 50 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare 3 canning jars (about 250ml) into which you will divide the oats.
- 2Chop the chocolate and mint finely into a larger bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix. Divide the resulting mixture into the prepared jars and let it set in the refrigerator overnight (or at least for 6 hours).
- 3After the time has elapsed, serve.
Tip
Instead of mixing into the mixture, you can also melt the chocolate, pour it over the oats, and let it set in the refrigerator.
