  • 160 g tuňáka ve vlastní šťávě z plechovky
  • 100 g smetanového sýra
  • 2 lžičky dijonské hořčice
  • 70 g strouhaného eidamu
  • 50 g rozmrazeného listového špenátu
  • 40 g mražené kukuřice
  • 1 malé rajče (cca 70 g)
  • 8 plátků celozrnného toustového chleba (8× 25 g)
  • Sůl
  • Pepř

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, start preheating a contact grill to medium-high heat.

    Drain the tuna and place it in a medium-sized bowl. Add cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Edam cheese, thawed spinach, and corn. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix well. Then wash the tomato and slice it thinly.

    Divide the prepared tuna mixture among 4 slices of bread. Place 1-2 slices of tomato on top of each, then cover with another slice of bread.

    Grill the toasts, covered, in the contact grill for 2-3 minutes. Then serve immediately.
