Preparation method
First, preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Peel the carrot, wash the zucchini, and finely grate both into a large bowl. Rinse the baby spinach under cold water, chop finely, and add to the bowl along with the apple puree, honey, and 1 egg. Mix the contents of the bowl, add the wheat flour, oat flakes, Dutch cocoa, baking powder, and cinnamon, and work the mixture into a smooth dough. Finally, roughly chop the chocolate and mix it into the dough in the bowl.
From the finished dough, form 12 rounds on the lined baking sheet. Then press the rounds with your palm to a maximum height of 1 cm, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake for 10–15 minutes at 175–180 °C.
