  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g fresh broccoli
  • 100 g Edam (30% fat in dry matter)
  • 8 eggs size M
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD

    First, preheat the oven to 185–190 °C, prepare an oven-safe pan with a diameter of at least 27 cm and grease it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, wash the broccoli and break it into small florets, and finely grate the Edam cheese. Then prepare a large bowl, crack 8 eggs into it, add milk, grated Edam, broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

    Pour the resulting egg mixture into the greased pan, place the pan in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes at 185–190 °C.

    After baking, remove the frittata from the oven, divide it into 4 portions and serve.
