INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole-wheat baguette (100 g)
- 100 g light cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon chili (optional)
- 50 g smoked salmon
- ½ small red onion (sliced)
- 1 handful fresh arugula
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the whole-wheat baguette in half, then lengthwise. Put cottage cheese into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
- 2Then add chives, salt, pepper, and chili and mix. Spread the resulting mixture onto the bottom part of the baguette, layer smoked salmon, onion, and arugula on top, and cover with the other part of the baguette.
