INGREDIENTS
- 3 bananas (approx. 400 g with peel)
- 1 tablespoon Dutch cocoa
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon peanut butter (approx. 25 g)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon crushed cocoa nibs (or finely chopped dark chocolate, min. 70%)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, peel 2 medium bananas, slice them into thinner rounds, place them in the freezer, and let them freeze for at least 4 hours.
- 2After freezing, transfer the bananas to a blender, add Dutch cocoa, milk, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and blend everything until smooth. Transfer the resulting mixture to a larger bowl.
- 3Now, slice 1 small banana into rounds and decorate the blended mixture in the bowl first with shredded coconut, then with crushed cocoa nibs, and then with banana rounds. Finally, drizzle the contents of the bowl with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and serve the finished smoothie bowl immediately.
