INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium bananas (2× approx. 150 g with peel)
- 1 tablespoon Dutch cocoa
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (approx. 20 g)
INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISH
- 1 small banana (approx. 100 g with peel)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon crushed cocoa nibs (or finely chopped dark chocolate, min. 70%)
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, peel 2 medium bananas, slice them into thin rounds, place them in the freezer, and let them freeze for at least 4 hours.
- 2After freezing, transfer the bananas to a blender, add Dutch cocoa, milk, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and blend everything until smooth. Transfer the resulting mixture to a larger bowl.
- 3Now slice 1 small banana into rounds and garnish the blended mixture in the bowl first with shredded coconut, then with crushed cocoa nibs, and finally with banana rounds. Finally, drizzle 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over the contents of the bowl and serve the finished smoothie bowl immediately.
