- 200 g of strawberries
- 200 g of blueberries
- 1.5 pcs of orange
- 600 ml of still water
- 6 tbsp of lemon juice
- 9 tsp of maple syrup
- 9 tsp of agar
Preparing the fruit mixtures: Gradually prepare three different fruit emulsions (strawberry, blueberry, and orange). For each flavor, blend the respective fruit (200 g of strawberries, 200 g of blueberries, or 1.5 oranges) together with 200 ml of still water, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 3 teaspoons of maple syrup.
Cooking with agar: Bring each resulting emulsion to a boil separately in a saucepan. Stir 3 teaspoons of agar into each and simmer together for 5–6 minutes over low heat.
Shaping and cooling: Then gradually pour the mixtures into gummy bear molds. Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours until the gummy bears are completely set.
