Preheat the convection oven to 170 °C.
Mix the flour with the poppy seeds and baking powder (reserve 30 g of flour for dusting the pan). In a bowl, whisk the eggs, honey, and oil, and mix everything into the flour with poppy seeds and baking powder. Finally, work the milk into the batter and stir until all ingredients are combined. The batter should have a semi-liquid consistency. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan and place in the preheated oven to bake.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 160-170 °C. Test the batter with a skewer before removing the bundt cake. Insert the skewer into the cake, pull it out, and if the surface of the skewer is dry, the cake is baked through. If pieces of underbaked batter remain on the skewer, return the cake to the oven for another few minutes and then repeat the process.
