Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
In a larger bowl, whisk together the curd cheese, milk, cane sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, coat the raisins in cornstarch, add them to the batter in the bowl, and mix everything together. Then prepare a cake or tart tin (ø 20 cm), line it with baking paper (or grease it), and pour the prepared batter into it. Transfer the tin to the preheated oven and bake for 90–95 minutes at 150 °C.
Let the baked cake cool first in the oven with the door open, and then place it in the fridge to cool for at least 15 minutes.
