- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of tomato paste
- 350 g of pasta
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 300 g of zucchini (one small)
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 125 g of baby spinach
- ½ onion

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add the diced onion, tomato paste, and mix.
- 2Add zucchini, diced tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, and baby spinach. Mix everything together, add raw pasta, and pour in 700 ml of water. Mix again, season with salt and pepper, and cook together under a lid, stirring occasionally for about 10 - 15 minutes, until the pasta is soft and the water is almost reduced.
- 3Season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and serve.
