  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • fresh bread
  • horseradish
 

Instructions

    Remove the meat from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before grilling so it reaches room temperature.

    Lightly brush quality Přeštice chops with oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

    Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on how hot your grill is and how well-done you want the meat.

    Serve the chops with fresh bread and grated horseradish.
