INGREDIENTS
- 600 g chicken meat
- 250 g Greek yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 120 g cornflakes
- ½ teaspoon dried chili

- White yogurt
- Garlic
- Lime
- Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- 2Cut the cleaned chicken meat into larger strips.
- 3In a small bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric, salt, pepper, and chili.
- 4In another bowl, crush the cornflakes using your hands or an immersion blender.
- 5Transfer the cut chicken meat to the bowl with the yogurt mixture and mix with your hands so that the pieces are evenly coated.
- 6Coat individual pieces in the crushed flakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes.
- 8Before consumption, check if the meat is sufficiently cooked. Just cut one piece with a kitchen knife; if it's pink inside, return it to the oven.
