  • 600 g chicken meat
  • 250 g Greek yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 120 g cornflakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried chili

  • White yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Lime
  • Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 190°C.

    Cut the cleaned chicken meat into larger strips.
  • 3
    In a small bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric, salt, pepper, and chili.

    In another bowl, crush the cornflakes using your hands or an immersion blender.

    Transfer the cut chicken meat to the bowl with the yogurt mixture and mix with your hands so that the pieces are evenly coated.

    Coat individual pieces in the crushed flakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes.

    Before consumption, check if the meat is sufficiently cooked. Just cut one piece with a kitchen knife; if it's pink inside, return it to the oven.

We served the nuggets with a dip made from yogurt, garlic, lime zest, and parsley.
